1/2 pigs are $15/kg (dressed weight).
Our whole pigs range from 20-30kg, this is a custom cutup done by our local registered butcher.
A sample of a 1/2 pig could be:
15 Loin chop, or 4kg Bacon, 4 shoulder chops, 2 Leg Roasts, 2kg leg steaks and 1 smoked hocks or full double smoked leg ham, 2 shoulder roast, 8 spare rib and half pork belly, with trotters and head optional.
We require a $100 deposit for this product. This deposit is deducted from your final price once carcass weight is known.
Final payment can be arranged over the phone, via invoice or at collection.
